DOROTHY MAE WESSELER, 91, passed away June 4, 2014 at Cumbernauld Village in Winfield, Kansas.
She was born June 18, 1922 in Claflin, Kansas, the daughter of Henry and Tillie (Riemann) Janke.
Dorothy was a homemaker, school lunch cook, and school bus driver. She married Orville E. Wesseler November 18, 1945. He preceded her in death along with her brother, Raymond Janke.
Survivors includes:
Son: Paul and wife, Connie of Dover, Florida;
Daughter: Lois and husband, Denis Hammer of Ellinwood;
Son: Arlon and wife, Marsha of Winfield;
Sister: Leda Grace Janke of Aurora, CO;
Six grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and 6 step great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held on Friday, June 13, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at Miles Funeral Service in Winfield. Inurnment will follow at Memorial Lawn Cemetery. No visitation is scheduled.
