Donna M. Othoudt, 57, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Wednesday morning, June 22, 2016 at Woodlawn Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Wichita.
Born November 19, 1958 in Amarillo, Texas, she was the daughter of Jimmy Wilford, Sr. and Marcia Arline (Killfoil) Mills. She was raised and received her education in Garden City, Kansas.
Donna was united in marriage to Michael McClanahan in Garden City in 1975. The couple later divorced. In 1977 she married Fred Robinson in South Carolina. The couple later divorced. In 1994, Donna married Russell Othoudt and the couple later divorced.
Donna worked as a waitress for most of her life at several restaurants. She enjoyed traveling with the carnival and seeing different areas of the country. She also enjoyed cooking, helping with Narcotics Anonymous and working on art projects for Sowing The Seed Narcotics Anonymous. She loved children and was known as "Grandma" to most all children that she knew.

Her brothers: Terry Mills and wife, Rebecca of Arkansas City; Jerry Mills, Sr. of Norton; Charles Mills, Sr. of Arkansas City; Jimmy Mills, Jr. of Winfield;
Her sisters: Judy Crabtree and husband, Gary of Winfield; Katie Long and husband, Donald of Hedgesville, WV; Mary Gilbert and husband, Jeremy of Belle Plaine; and
Many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her nephew, Sgt. Jerry Mills, Jr.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Miles Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
A memorial has been established in Donna's name to help defray funeral expenses. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
