Deanna Colleen Andes, 57, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Monday afternoon, August 3, 2020 at Kansas Medical Center in Andover, Kansas.

Born April 12, 1963 in Clay Center, Kansas, she was the daughter of Albert Elijah and Marilyn K. (Mitchell) Crews. She was raised and received her education in Arkansas City, Kansas, graduating from Arkansas City High School in 1982. She later attended Cowley County Community College before transferring to Pioneer Area Vo-Tech in Ponca City, Oklahoma where she received her degree in nursing.

Deanna was united in marriage to Kody Andes on September 13, 1995 in Miami, Oklahoma. The couple made their home in Winfield where Deanna worked as a nurse for over 35 years. During her nursing career, she worked primarily with elderly patients and children. She worked at many facilities in the Winfield area including Craig Health Care, Rest Haven, and Joy Home, where she served as Director of Operations. She enjoyed crafts, bingo, traveling, going to the casino, and especially enjoyed visiting with friends.

Her family includes her husband Kody Andes of Winfield; her daughter Kristin Logue of Pilot Point, TX; her sons, Levi Andes of Winfield; Glen Krentz of Oklahoma City, OK; her siblings, Juanita Dolph and husband, Jerald of Denton, TX; Greg Crews and wife, Denise of Boomer, NC; Frances Grammer and husband, Ricky of Trenton, TX; Roderick Reeves and wife, Kady of Colorado; Melissa Reeves and husband, Bryan of Ponder, TX; her grandchildren, LizaBeth Rose Reagan White, Cora Evelyn Logue, Emmett James Logue, Hendrix Logue, B.A. Logue; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Deanna was preceded in death by a son James Logue and a brother Jeffrey Mitchell.

Memorial services will be held Friday, August 7, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. at Miles Funeral Service in Winfield. Private family inurnment will take place at a later date.

A memorial has been established in Deanna's name for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
