David Mark Linek's Obituary
DAVID MARK LINEK, 45, former Winfield, Kansas resident, passed away Sunday evening, December 19, 2010 at the Integris Hospital in Blackwell, Oklahoma.
Born on August 1, 1965 in Winfield, Kansas, he was the son of Emil and Anna (Johnson) Linek. He was raised and received his education in Winfield and graduated from Winfield High School in 1983.
He had worked at Hardees, the Winfield Daily Courier, Boogarts and McDonalds. David loved sports, especially baseball and bowling.
His family includes:
His mother: Anna Jamison of Winfield, KS;
His aunt: Edna Majors of Jenks, OK;
His uncle: Stanley Johnson of Alamogardo, NM; and
A host of cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at Miles Funeral Service in Winfield. Interment will follow at the Dexter Cemetery.
Memorials in David's name can be made to the charity of the donors choice. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
