Curtis C. "Moe" Hall, 62, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Tuesday afternoon, March 2, 2016 at his home.
Born on October 31, 1953 in Winfield, he was the son of Charles Nixon and Evelyn Jean (Olsen) Hall. He was raised and received his education in Winfield. Moe obtained his GED in September of 1995. He was united in marriage to Michelle Bergman in 1975. To this union, a son, Jeremy, was born in 1977. The couple later divorced.
Moe worked various jobs including as a cook, CNA, roofer, oil field worker and bartender. He enjoyed animals, and watching t.v. and movies. He especially loved cars, going to drag races and the Last Run.

His twin sister: Debbie Hedges of Winfield;
His niece: Betty Pierce of Winfield;
His great nephew and great neice: Ziya and Chloe Pierce;
His son: Jeremy Hall; and
His grandchildren: Sydney and Colby.
In addition to his parents, Moe was preceded in death by his nephew, Jason Pierce and his great-niece, Haley Dawn Pierce.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2016 at 9:00 A.M. at New Salem Cemetery. Miles Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Cowley County Humane Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
