Obituary

CELINE BRAZLE, 64, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Wednesday afternoon, December 3, 2014 at Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Born on September 2, 1950 in Oklahoma City, she was the daughter of Chester Allen and Dorothy Alice (Korstjens) Towle. She was raised and received her education in Guthrie, Oklahoma and later Mulhall, Oklahoma, where she graduated from Mulhall High School in 1968. Celine attended cosmetology school in Oklahoma City where she received her license.

She was a homemaker and also drove a bus for the Muhall School District. Celine was later employed at the Oklahoma State Bank in Mulhall. Her banking career spanned over 30 years and she also worked at the Home National Bank and the Eastman Bank in Ponca City. She had been employed at Citizens Bank of Kansas since 2005.

Celine was united in marriage to John Brazle on May 11, 2005 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. She enjoyed family, making crafts, attending craft shows, cooking and entertaining. She attended the First Church of the Nazarene in Winfield.

Her daughter: Amy Cronin and husband John of Guthrie, OK;
Her step-son: Justin Brazle and wife Leslie of Winfield, KS;
Her step-daughter: Jayna Bertholf and husband Dave of Winfield,KS;
Her brother: Max Towle and wife LeAnn of Guthrie, OK;
Her grandchildren: Skyler, William, Ava, Isabella, Kallie, Kelton, Emmy, Campbell, Jules and Cora;
Her step-grandchildren: Zane, Cutter, Sam, Abby and Elly;
Her great-granddaughter: Addilynn; and
Extended family members: Julina, Vicky and Ricky Hardin.
She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M., Monday, December 8, 2014 at the First Church of the Nazarene. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery. Friends may call at Miles Funeral Service from 2:00 to 5:00 P.M., Sunday, December 7, 2014.

Memorials have been established in Celine's name for the Mulhall-Orlando School Foundation and the Catholic Charities in Oklahoma City. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
