Celestine Zoe Allen, 95, passed away Nov. 1, 2021.

Private services will be held. Miles Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.

Celestine was born and raised in Nice, France and lived there during WWII. She met and married her first husband in France, and the family moved to Kansas. Her first husband preceded her in death and Celestine remarried. She loved to travel and spend time with her family, and share her interesting history.

Celestine was preceded in death by husband, Edward Dunn and David Allen and a son, Robert Dunn.

Survivors include a son, David; daughter, Helene Lynn; and three granddaughters, Annette, Jennifer, and Zera. She was blessed with seven great grandchildren, Brianne, Edward, Isabella, Alexia, Bryant, Scott, and Serenity.

A memorial has been established in Celestine's name for the Winfield Public Library. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
