Carol A. Salmon, 55, of Ponca City, Oklahoma, passed away Monday morning, September 17, 2018 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas.
Born September 8, 1963 in Fullerton, California, she was the daughter of Don Fry, Sr. and Carol May (Brown) Fry. The family moved coast to coast until settling in Oklahoma. Carol moved back to California as a young adult. She worked in the fruit industry inspecting grapes. She later moved back to Oklahoma to be near family.
She loved her cats, especially Sebastian. She would train him to dance and high five. She enjoyed the spiritual science and was psychic.
Her family includes her sons, Casey Fry of Braman, OK; Alan Taylor of Perry, OK; Shane Taylor of Manteca, CA; her sisters, Fay Chavez of Braman, OK; Peggy Byers of Ponca City, OK; and two grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her brothers, Don Fry, Jr. and Tuffy Fry.
The family will hold a gathering including a potluck dinner on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at 704 S. Magnolia in Newkirk, Oklahoma.
A memorial has been established for the family to help defray expenses. Contributions may be made through Miles Funeral Service.
