Brenda Kay Alexander, 74, of Mesa, Arizona, formerly of Burden, Kansas, passed away early Monday morning, December 28, 2020 at Banner Heart Hospital in Mesa.

Born August 15, 1946 in Winfield, Kansas, she was the daughter of Don and Ann Alexander. She was raised and received her education in Burden, graduating from Burden High School.

Brenda worked at Dolly Madison for 15 years and Fry's Bakery till retirement.

Her family includes her daughter Shani Rhodes of Mesa, AZ; sisters Rita Hayes of Gulf Shores, AL; Cookie (Dennis) Treffer of Derby; brother Rick (Pam) Alexander of Meade; and several nieces and nephews.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents.

Graveside funeral services will be held on Monday, January 4, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Burden Cemetery under the direction of Miles Funeral Service.
