Obituary

Bradley Dwaine King, 64, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away early Tuesday morning, November 9, 2021, at William Newton Hospital.

Born October 22, 1957, in Newton, Kansas, he was the son of Sam and Doris (Shockley) King. He was raised and received his education in El Dorado, graduating from Circle High School. Following high school, Brad attended Butler County Community College for two years before becoming a Kansas State Alumni. He was a Wildcat through and through.

Brad married Sheryl Hutchins on August 18, 1979, in Oxford, Kansas. The couple lived in seven states following Brad's career in the food industry. They recently moved back to Kansas to prepare for retirement.

His family includes his wife Sheryl King of Winfield; daughter Jennifer of Rockwall, TX; and son Spencer King of Lowell, AR.

He was preceded in death by his father, John "Sam" King, mother Doris King, brother John King, and sister Marsha Verne.

Graveside memorial services will be held on Friday, November 12, 2021, at 10:00 A.M. at Walnut Valley Memorial Cemetery in El Dorado under the direction of Miles Funeral Service.

Memorials have been established in Brad's name for the American Heart Association and for William Newton Hospital. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
