Billie Lou Holman, 88, of Winfield, passed away November 1, 2017.

Born March 3, 1929, she was the daughter of Harold and Viola Carrell.  She was raised in Winfield, graduating from Winfield High School in 1947.

In 1947, she married Jerald Holman.  The couple farmed in rural Cowley County.  Mr. Holman preceded her in death on October 31, 1987.  Billie worked as a bookkeeper for several area businesses including Winfield Floral.

In addition to her parents and husband, Billie was preceded in death by two brothers, Ronald and Buster Carrell.

Graveside funeral services will be held Monday, November 13, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at Highland Cemetery.
