Obituary

Bambi Sue McBride, 52, of Forsythe, Mo., passed away April 26, 2015, at her home with her husband and daughter by her side.
Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday in Akron Cemetery. Everyone is welcome to come celebrate Bambi's life.
Bambi was born Oct. 31, 1962, in Winfield to Glen and Virginia (Bilyeu) Bruce. She was raised and attended schools in Winfield. She graduated from Winfield High School in 1980.
After graduation she began employment with Gott Manufacturing. While employed at Gott, she married John B. McBride Jr. on July 23, 1981.
The couple was blessed with two children, John and Breann.
Bambi went on to a position with General Electric in their shipping and receiving department where he worked for many years. Upon leaving that position, she sought enjoyment and prosperity in the antique business. During the last few years, she enjoyed working with her Kramer's Forsyth Pharmacy family and all the people of Forsyth, Mo.
Bambi enjoyed spending time on long walks with John and as much time as a fun-filled loving Nana could spend with her three grandbabies, Kyla, Hunter, and Taylee, and applying her green thumb and theirs in a very extensive food and flower garden.
She was a loving wife, mother and Nana to her grandbabies and led a very exciting fruitful life. She enjoyed softball and volleyball in her spare time. She was known for living every day to the fullest and excelling in everything she put her mind to. Bambi always stood by her family and friends with fierce protection.
She was preceded in death by her father Glen Bruce, sister Brenda and brothers Casey and Steven.
Survivors include her husband and best friend John B. "Brent" McBride Jr.; son John B. McBride III; daughter Breann French and husband Ryan; grandbabies Kyla, Hunter and Taylee; mothers Sue Tucker and Virginia Fiske; fathers Gary Tucker and Floyd Fiske; sisters Jamie, Leah, Rita, Jo, and Patricia; and brothers, Matt, Brandon, Brad, Ricci, Chris, Keith and Larry.
