Archarita "Rita" Hulsey, 64, of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away early Monday morning, November 16, 2015 at home with four dogs, four cats and two birds and a husband at her side.

Born April 25, 1951 in Winfield, Kansas, she was the daughter of Archie and Audrey Gibbs. She was raised and received her education in Winfield and Arkansas City.

Rita married Gary Tucker, and to this union two sons, Ricci and Casey, were born. The couple later divorced. She was later united in marriage to Guy Hulsey. The couple had four cats, four dogs and two birds.

Her grandchildren: Molly and Maddy Leach of Topeka, Kansas; Maveric Tucker of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Bo Tucker of Winfield, Kansas; McKinzie, Tucker of Winfield, Kansas;
Her great grandchild: Knox Kennedy
Her animals: cats, India, Allie, Mylea and Sabra; dogs, Barrett, Kady, Corky and Sissy; and birds, Barron and Casey.

In addition to her parents, Rita was preceded in death by her son, Casey Tucker.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 20, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. at Miles Funeral Service in Winfield, Kansas. Interment will follow at Akron Cemetery north of Winfield. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 4pm to 8pm. The family will greet visitors at that time.

A memorial has been established in Rita's name for Clayton Strong. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
