Allen Ray Lehmann, 30, formerly of Winfield, Kansas, went home to be with Jesus, Tuesday evening, September 17, 2019 in Odessa, TX as the result of a motor vehicle accident.
Born January 24, 1989 in Bedford, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Timothy J. and Sarah J. (Pascoe) Lehmann. He was raised and received his education in Winfield, where he graduated high school in 2006. He then joined the United States Navy and proudly served his country from 2006 to 2008. Following his honorable discharge, he returned to Winfield before moving to Texas. In 2017 he moved to Odessa, Texas and began his career as a truck driver in the oil fields.
Allen was a member of Crossroads Community Church in Winfield. He enjoyed running, lifting weights, hiking, mountain biking, and being outdoors. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He absolutely adored his daughter Phoenix, she was the light of his life. He was a loyal friend with a wonderful sense of humor. Allen made the choice to follow Jesus when he was eight years old. His life reflected great faith as he faced many adversities and never gave up.
His family includes his parents, Tim and Sarah Lehmann of Winfield; his daughter Phoenix Nicole Lehmann; his siblings, Amanda Bishoff of Denton, TX; Luke Lehmann of Wichita; Emma Lehmann of Denton, TX; his maternal grandmother Mary Pascoe of Granite City, IL; and his nephews, William and Parker Bishoff.
Allen was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Edward and Betty Lehmann, and his maternal grandfather William Pascoe.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, September 26, 2019 at Crossroads Community Church in Winfield. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery. A visitation is scheduled for Wednesday evening at Miles Funeral Service from 5 to 7. The family will greet visitors that evening.
A memorial has been established in Allen's name for Good Shepherd Catholic School for children with neurological disorders. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
